How To Choose A Leather Bag?

Many people find it difficult to judge bags made of leather materials when choosing them. Let me share with you the methods of identifying leather:

1, Tactile recognition: Good leather feels smooth, soft, full, and elastic when touched by hand on the surface (such as full grain calf leather, natural fall, grain Napa, etc.). After only dyeing and surface color treatment, without coating, the patterns are naturally formed, so small differences or even defects (excluding later product scars) will always appear in local areas. If you are not professional enough, you may need to observe carefully to see them.

2, Visual recognition: The leather surface has clear pores with natural patterns, while cowhide has symmetrical fine pores, buffalo leather has thicker and thinner pores, and goat leather has fish scale like pores.

3, Smell recognition: Artificial leather has a strong plastic odor, leather has a leather odor, artificial leather has a pungent odor after ignition, and forms knots. The leather fibers have a burnt smell after ignition, and there will be no fiber knots. If you can confirm that it is leather through the above methods, then you can select it.
